The main challenge was designing a system that combines entertainment, trust, and monetization.

Users needed to:

  • Understand how competitions work instantly

  • Feel confident when spending money

  • Stay engaged through gameplay and progression

  • Experience excitement similar to gaming platforms

At the same time, the product had to simplify complex flows such as:

  • Ticket purchasing

  • Wallet funding and withdrawals

  • Prize tracking and validation

  • Game integration

Balancing clarity and excitement was critical — too much complexity breaks trust, too much simplicity kills engagement.
