Sports management platforms often present large amounts of performance data in ways that are difficult to interpret quickly. The challenge was to create a system that allows coaches and players to access critical information in real time without friction. I needed to simplify complex datasets and ensure that insights could be understood instantly in high-pressure environments.
I structured the experience around speed and clarity, mapping user flows based on real-time decision-making scenarios. The system was organized to prioritize key metrics, training schedules, and player data. I focused on reducing navigation depth and creating direct access to essential information, ensuring that users could move efficiently between different sections.

The experience was built to handle large volumes of data without feeling overwhelming.
Instead of relying on visual complexity, the design focuses on structure, spacing, and rhythm allowing users to quickly scan information, compare metrics, and take action with minimal friction across desktop and mobile.

The platform contributed to more efficient internal workflows and improved visibility across key performance metrics, supporting better day-to-day decision-making.
After the release, the product expanded to additional Premier League teams, strengthening its presence within the league and validating the scalability of the system.
