Educational platforms often struggle to balance complexity and usability, especially when serving multiple user roles. The challenge was to create a unified system that works for students, parents, and teachers without overwhelming any of them. I needed to simplify access to information while maintaining depth and functionality.
I defined role-based user flows, ensuring each type of user interacts with relevant information. The system architecture was built to support modularity and scalability. I organized the experience around clarity and accessibility, allowing users to navigate between dashboards, reports, and content without friction or confusion.

The interface was designed to feel immersive and visually engaging, translating the gaming universe into a digital experience that feels dynamic and alive.
Motion, depth, and bold visual elements were used to create a sense of progression and reward, while maintaining clarity across key interactions and flows

The project helped strengthen the platform’s positioning and increased engagement across its early audience, with improvements in user interaction and retention metrics.
Following the launch, the product secured an official partnership with Nintendo, enabling the development of platform versions connected to the Pokémon universe expanding both reach and brand credibility.
