The core challenge was designing a platform that serves two distinct user types influencers and brands each with different goals, behaviors, and expectations. Influencers seek opportunities, visibility, and ease of communication, while brands need efficient discovery, filtering, and campaign management tools.
Another key challenge was reducing friction in a complex flow: browsing offers, evaluating them, communicating, and converting into actual partnerships. The experience needed to feel intuitive and fast, while still supporting layered interactions like chat, filters, map discovery, and wallet transactions.
Additionally, the product required a strong emotional appeal, blending lifestyle content with functional UI to create a sense of aspiration and engagement.
I approached the product as a hybrid between a social platform and a marketplace. The discovery experience was inspired by swipe-based interactions and immersive cards, allowing users to explore opportunities in a natural and engaging way.

Each flow was designed to be modular but interconnected, ensuring users can move seamlessly between browsing, evaluating, and acting.
Special attention was given to the map experience, introducing a spatial layer to discovery, making opportunities feel contextual and real-world driven.

I designed both sides of the platform:
Influencer Side
Swipeable discovery cards with immersive visuals
Map-based exploration for location-driven opportunities
Detailed offer pages with clear value propositions
Real-time chat system for negotiation and communication
Wallet interface for tracking earnings and transactions
Brand Side
Simplified offer creation flow with step-by-step input
Dashboard for managing campaigns and interactions
Messaging system aligned with influencer communication
The visual language follows a dark, premium aesthetic, using soft gradients, glassmorphism elements, and rich imagery to evoke a high-end lifestyle experience.
Micro-interactions and transitions were designed to reinforce fluidity, especially in swipe gestures, filtering, and navigation between states.

The experience became more dynamic and engaging, improving how users interact with offers and participate in the platform.
The updated flows contributed to an 8% increase in interaction rates and more consistent user engagement.
Overall, the product delivered a cohesive ecosystem that bridges inspiration and action, transforming how influencers and brands connect and collaborate.
